These Terms govern purchases and use of PersonalizedTarotReading.com. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below.

Service Provider

The service is operated by CadUnlock LLC. Meriem Chrrouhi is the owner and authorized representative. Independent freelance readers may prepare or review readings under our service, confidentiality, and quality standards. Your purchase remains a transaction with CadUnlock LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Do not order for a minor or submit a minor’s information.

What You Are Purchasing

A personalized tarot reading is a made-to-order written digital service based on one primary question and the context you choose to provide. The listing states the format, scope, price, and delivery option available at checkout. The finished reading is delivered as a PDF to the email used for the order unless the listing states otherwise.

Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, gambling, crisis, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, reconciliation, contact, timing, income, pregnancy, health, legal results, or any specific outcome. We do not claim to verify another person’s private thoughts.

Orders, Payment, and Intake

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and the required intake is complete and accepted. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is provided by the provider displayed at checkout. We may pause, decline, or cancel an order affected by payment failure, suspected fraud, prohibited content, missing intake, capacity limits, or a question outside our published scope.

Delivery

The delivery window selected at checkout begins only after successful payment and receipt of a complete, accepted intake. Same Hour and Same Day options appear only when capacity is available. Delays caused by an incomplete or out-of-scope question do not count toward the delivery window until the issue is resolved. See our Delivery & Refund Policy.

Acceptable Use and Questions

You must provide information you are entitled to share and use the service lawfully. We do not accept questions involving emergencies, medical or mental-health diagnosis, pregnancy or fertility claims, legal outcomes, investments or gambling, missing persons, stalking, coercion, spells or curses, guaranteed outcomes, minors, or confidential information about a non-consenting person. Reader Assignment and Corrections

A specific reader is not guaranteed unless the product page explicitly offers that choice. If your delivered file is missing, unreadable, assigned to the wrong order, or materially outside the purchased scope, contact support so we can investigate and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, redelivery, or refund.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because each reading is personalized digital work, cancellation may not be possible after substantive work has begun or delivery has occurred. This does not limit remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery, a materially defective file, a missed promised window, or rights that cannot legally be waived. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

The website, branding, templates, and general content are owned by or licensed to CadUnlock LLC. Your delivered PDF is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, impersonate, scrape, systematically reproduce, or use the service to harm, harass, or mislead others.

Service Availability and Liability

We work to keep the site and delivery process available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CadUnlock LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a reading or from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes, Applicable Law, and Contact

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in effect when you order applies to that order unless law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CadUnlock LLC, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
