Who Is Responsible for Your Information

Information We Collect

  • Order and contact information: name, email address, billing details, order number, purchased option, and transaction references.
  • Reading intake: the name, nickname, or initials you choose to provide, your primary question, and the context you voluntarily submit.
  • Support and fulfillment records: messages, correction requests, delivery status, assigned reader, approval status, and the PDF supplied to you.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser/device data, security logs, cookie identifiers, and basic site activity needed to operate and protect the store.

Payment information is processed by the payment provider presented at checkout. We do not intend to store your full payment-card number or security code on our WordPress site.

Who May Receive Information

Freelance readers receive only the intake and order context needed for the assigned reading and must follow our confidentiality and scope rules.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not sell reading-intake content.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Retention can vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
