Clear, self-directed questions produce the most useful readings. This page explains what we can accept, what we may reframe, and what we decline.

Questions We Accept

  • Communication patterns, boundaries, and choices in a relationship
  • What you may want to consider before reconnecting or moving on
  • Personal strengths, recurring themes, and possible next steps
  • Career direction, workplace communication, and reflective decision support
  • One clearly stated question within the scope of the purchased listing

Helpful wording includes: “What should I consider before…?”, “What pattern may I be repeating?”, “How can I approach this conversation more clearly?”, or “What strengths can I use in this situation?”

Questions We Reframe or Decline

  • Medical, mental-health, pregnancy, fertility, diagnosis, treatment, or life-expectancy questions
  • Legal outcomes, court decisions, immigration results, or professional legal advice
  • Investments, trading, gambling, lottery numbers, debt, or guaranteed financial outcomes
  • Emergencies, self-harm, violence, abuse, missing persons, or criminal investigations
  • Requests to reveal exact private thoughts, passwords, locations, secrets, or confidential information about another person
  • Stalking, surveillance, coercion, revenge, manipulation, spells, curses, or removing another person’s free choice
  • Guaranteed reconciliation, contact, marriage, timing, pregnancy, income, or any certain result
  • Questions about a child or intake submitted by anyone under 18

What to Include

  • A first name, nickname, or initials
  • One primary question
  • Only the context needed to understand that question
  • The delivery email associated with the order

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, identification documents, medical records, intimate images, information about a child, or unnecessary confidential information about a non-consenting person.

If a Question Is Outside Scope

We may suggest a self-directed version that stays within the purchased theme. If the question cannot be accepted and the service cannot proceed, the unfulfilled order will be canceled and refunded under our Delivery & Refund Policy.
