After checkout, complete a short intake form. You may use a first name, nickname, or initials. Share one clear question and only the context needed to understand it. Do not submit identification, passwords, payment details, medical records, intimate images, or information about a child.
3. We review the question for scope
We check that the question is complete and fits our accepted-question policy. If a safer or clearer wording is needed, we will ask you to revise it. The delivery window starts only after payment is confirmed, the required intake is complete, and the question is accepted.
4. Your reading is prepared and checked
The reading is prepared for the accepted question and context, then checked for scope, clarity, file quality, and service boundaries. Tarot can offer themes and perspectives to consider; it cannot reveal private facts or guarantee an outcome.
5. Receive your PDF by email
The completed digital PDF is sent to the email address used for the order. No physical item is shipped. Same Hour may appear only when capacity supports it; the exact available delivery window is shown before checkout.
6. Contact us if something is wrong
If your file is missing, unreadable, incorrect, late, or materially outside the purchased scope, use the support form with your order number so the order can be reviewed.
