The format gives you time to phrase your question carefully and revisit the reading later. It also creates a clear record of what you purchased and received. Before ordering, it helps to understand when delivery timing begins, what information is needed, and what an email reading can—and cannot—provide.

Choose a topic and scope

The process begins on the product page. A reading may focus on love and relationships, career and work, personal direction, symbolic past-life reflection, pet connection, or general guidance.

Before checkout, review:

  • The topic and question count.
  • What the PDF includes.
  • The current price.
  • The delivery option and deadline shown for the order.
  • The question boundaries and refund terms.

Choose the smallest scope that fully covers your main concern. If you have several unrelated questions, use a product that explicitly includes them rather than combining multiple topics in one question field.

Complete payment and the private intake

After checkout, you complete a short intake form. It asks for a delivery email, a first name or nickname, one main question, and only the context needed to understand it.

You should not need to provide a legal name, full date of birth, photograph, medical record, financial credentials, government identification, or private messages. When another adult is involved, initials or a nickname are usually enough. Avoid sharing confidential information you do not have permission to submit.

The intake is not a test. Its purpose is to give the reading a clear focus without collecting an unnecessary personal history.

The question receives a scope review

Before fulfillment begins, the question is checked for completeness and fit with the service boundaries. Self-directed questions generally work best:

  • What should I consider before reconnecting?
  • What pattern may be affecting my career choice?
  • What boundary deserves attention in this relationship?
  • What can I reflect on during this transition?

Requests for medical diagnosis, legal or investment advice, private thoughts, exact dates, guaranteed reconciliation, spells, missing-person information, or other declined topics are not accepted. When does the delivery clock start?

The delivery clock begins only after:

  1. Payment is confirmed.
  2. Required intake is complete.
  3. The question passes the scope review.

The resulting timestamp is the Ready for Reading time. An incomplete or prohibited request cannot responsibly enter the active fulfillment queue.

Same Day is the standard service. Same Hour may appear as a limited-capacity upgrade when the current queue can support a 60-minute deadline. The option and current timing are shown before checkout.

How the reading is prepared

The reading is developed around the topic, question, and context accepted for the order. Its purpose is to offer themes, perspectives, and questions to consider, not to present speculation as verified fact.

A relationship reading should not claim access to private messages. A career reading should not promise a job or income. A pet reading should not diagnose health or behavior. A past-life reading should be framed as symbolic reflection rather than historical proof.

Before delivery, the file is checked for the purchased scope, clarity, prohibited claims, and basic quality such as correct formatting and readable pages.

PDF delivery and support

The finished PDF is sent to the email address used for the order. No physical item is shipped. Save the file somewhere private and accessible.

If the message does not arrive by the confirmed deadline, check spam and filtered folders, then contact support with the order number. Do not email payment-card details or repeat sensitive information unless it is necessary to resolve the issue.

A missing, corrupt, unreadable, or incorrect file is a delivery problem. If the reading is materially outside the product scope, the Delivery and Refund Policy explains the available correction or refund process.

Same Hour and Same Day are delivery choices

Same Day suits customers who want prompt delivery without needing an appointment. Same Hour is an expedited option that appears only when capacity is open. If selected, the 60-minute period begins at the Ready for Reading time. Faster delivery does not make a prediction more accurate; it changes queue timing, not the uncertainty or boundaries of tarot.
